Jacob came out to fix our basement toilet that was leaking. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and he did a great job fixing it, even adjusting the handle since it was too slack. He also gave me an estimate for a new hot water heater in the same visit. Highly recommend, I have been using My Professional Plumber for 3 years now and have always been happy with their service.

Jesse and Cayden were so kind and professional. They took the time to take photos of everything and explain our options without pressuring us to do the most expensive thing. The prices were very competitive but the level of service we received from customer care all the way through the install was superb. Highly recommend!
