We have had plumbing and heat and air done. Cayden Eubanks was very friendly and easy to talk to. Was very thorough and able to answer or get answers for any questions. Finished the work same day.

Arrived on time. Prompt, professional and the repair was fixed in just a few minutes. Learned about their Diamond Club which I ended up joining…it was a “no brainer”. Lots of perks to the club membership

We had a segment of our main drain line replaced, with Derek and Mark as our plumbers, and they were both very professional, timely, and answered all questions we had.

Jamie did an excellent job on my faucet and it looks great. We just built a new house and moved in a month ago. Jamie changed out our chrome kitchen faucet to a new style bronze faucet and it looks awesome. He’ll be back for the bathrooms and showers for sure! Thanks again.

We had a shower valve replaced, a tankless water heater replaced, and a water filtration system installed. The company representatives arrived as scheduled, conducted themselves very professionally, and were very knowledgable of the work they were performing. Before starting any of the work they clearly explained what would be done and what the cost would be. Once the work was completed they cleaned up the work areas and reviewed the completed work with us. Overall we could not have been more pleased with all of the interactions and My Professional Plumber will certainly be our first call if we encounter any other plumbing issues in the future.
